Prosus is a global top 10 consumer internet company, focused on building meaningful businesses in the online classifieds, payments, FinTech and food delivery sectors in markets including Brazil, India and Russia.

According to Bob van Dijk, Group CEO Prosus and Naspers, the listing on Euronext Amsterdam provides a strong foundation for the company’s future growth ambitions.
“We will continue to seek opportunities to partner with exceptional entrepreneurs who are using technology to address big societal needs, and to create value for our shareholders,” he added.
In September 2018, Naspers through its Naspers Ventures division, with participation from existing investor Learn Capital invested USD 5.6 million in Armenian-American startup SoloLearn. The latter presents a mobile social platform where everyone can learn coding. The student-centric open platform provides a unique learning experience.
