GTC resident LifeBeget brings latest tech solutions and real value to Armenia’s regions
The IT industry continues to grow in Armenia’s regions, accelerated by the local technology centers. Gyumri Technology Center (GTC) is one of the places where both Armenian and foreign companies are welcome to open offices and encouraged to hire local talent.
Today we have talked with Artyom Harutyunyan, the founder and director of GTC-resident LifeBeget. Founded in Gyumri in 2018, the company develops software and provides a range of IT services for all types of organizations and businesses.
“We work with companies of all sizes,” said Harutyunyan. “Whether your business is big or small changes the process, but not the ultimate goal.”
That goal is to secure software solutions that are required to generate revenue streams, establish means of communication, and facilitate the ongoing operations of the business.
According to Artyom Harutyunyan, one of the principles of LifeBeget is to offer the latest solutions that meet the needs of the customers as well as the companies’ business and budget expectations. However, business is not the only mission Artyom has chosen for LifeBeget.
“We want to create new jobs. In that context, we aim to enable beginners to join our team and grow professionally with us,” explained Harutyunyan.
In line with this mission, LifeBeget is currently working on a solution that is more community than business-oriented. “Our new product will promote online education in Armenia,” said Artyom. “It is going to create opportunities for young people in the that do not have access to remote education in IT.”
The GTC resident has grown since 2018. “Our team has expanded from 2 employees to 18,” noted Harutyunyan. “We are very happy with our staff and the work culture we have cultivated within LifeBeget.”
All LifeBeget employees are professionals in the IT field. Artyom Harutyunyan highlights that the company’s solutions add real value to the businesses of its clients.
With companies like LifeBeget and other residents of GTC, Armenia’s regions can fare much better in terms of employment and modernization of all areas of life. Young people interested in IT are also getting a boost in the labor market with the new opportunities created by GTC.
Gyumri Technology Center (GTC) has been established by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation, the RA Government and the World Bank. The mission of the Center is to turn Gyumri into a regional and international center of information and high technologies.
